Shipping Policy

 

We have an Alliance with DHL, which will be the default option to ship any purchased item. For international shipping, this will be made by Post office in Mexico. In any case our business is not responsible of any delays or external conditions that may change the delivery dates.

 

MILA MILU is only responsible for the merchandise until it is delivered to the shipping Company. Any problem with the delivery should be addressed among the client and the shipping Company, MILA MILU serving only as Support to ease any claim.

 

MILAMILU by the time they pack a shipping, checks the quality of the merchandise which minimizes the possibility of any defect before the shipping is done. The articles that are made of leather require certain cares in their use. Scrapes, scratches, stains and discoloration by sun are not considered as manufacturing defects, so no changes or refunds are accepted.

 

Once the payment has been accepted by our web page the orders will not be cancelled under any circumstance.

 

Delivery times in our web page are always estimated. Standard times are around 2 to 5 business days (once your payment has been confirmed) in Mexico and international standard delivery times is around 15 to 20 business days (once payment is confirmed).

 

The prices in our web page include VAT and all the taxes required by Mexican laws. The articles you choose to ship to other countries may be subject to taxes, custom duties and tariffs imposed by the destination country (“tax duties on imports”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all tax and duties on imports.

 

 

For each item for which tax duties on imports were calculated, you authorize MILA MILU to designate a carrier (“carrier designated”) to act as agent to the authorities of relevant customs and tax in the country of destination, spread the goods, and process and turn tax on actual import rights for that item.

 

 

If you refuse to receive a shipment from MILA MILU you are responsible for the original shipping costs, any tax duty on imports paid for the package, and the cost of returning the package for MILA MILU.

Even though MILA MILU works hard to offer precise product information and pricing mistakes with it may occur. In the case in which an article has the incorrect price or information due to a mistake in pricing or product information MILA MILU has the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any order that has been affected. In the case of an incorrect price MILA MILU will contact you to obtain instructions or cancel your order and will inform you of this.

The articles are subject to constant availability due to large numbers of models we handle, so the purchase does not guarantee 100% availability. In case a product in no longer available, it will be notified to the buyer.
